Raise more on the flop because its multiway and really drawy. Bet atleast $10 on the turn, remember you also have 10 outs against a flush.

Crap, I sure hope SB just has JT or AQ or something, but I guess I grit my teeth and bet about half of what I have left, with the plan of getting the rest in when I call SB's checkraise-push /images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

I'd take the free card and see what happens on the river. Raising could lead to a check-raise where I would probably have to fold, unless I had a specific read on the concerning opponent.
