Is this pretty standard here or should I be worried in 3 way pot facing bet and a raise before I act...?

UTG is like 41/6/0.75 over just 34 hands.

Looks good to me. You're probably behind, but you've got good pot odds on your draw to the absolute nuts. If someone has 22/88/QQ/two pair you're trailing with eight outs to a winner (twice). If someone else has AQ, you're freerolling them. Your overlay in the pot should be significant, here. Oh, and against a smaller flush draw you are an overwhelming favorite. I like your play here.
