I have 44 on MP with $71 behind, two villians have $15 (No Read - new) & $31 (20/0/.5)

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, LP villian calls, BTN folds and blinds call.

FLOP ($1.25) 4c Kd 5c

c,c,c,Hero checks, MP villian bets $1, LP villian calls, Hero raises to $2, both villians call

TURN ($7.25) 8s

HERO is first to act, what do I do? How much do I bet?

P.S. Can someone tell me why Bodog doesn't work with the Lego or FlopTurn River converters?
