Call river. He's trying to draw to a flush almost always with those asinine bets in the hopes you do not raise. He may have hit the Ace and thrown in a value bet but you have to call.

I think Ax sooted is a big part of his range. I'd be sorely tempted to push here given how much strength we've shown- Getting villains to fold TP is an iffy proposition, but if he can fold, a raise here should be uncallable. His weak bet bodes really well for a push...
