I call,

You have invested 40% of your stack already you have Q/images/graemlins/club.gif (which may or may not be good) I think Villain has OC's with the A/images/graemlins/club.gif even if he has 99/TT (maybe the only other hands to play it this fast) you have outs

You need approximately 30% equity to call.

Against a set you have 35% equity.

Against a pair and a (higher) club, you have 51% equity.

Unless he has a made flush, you're made in the shade. And really, how often does MP make a move like this with an A-high or K-high flush? Never.
