NL$25 - Tough spot w Trips TK vs LAG

SB is a bad LAG. For 20 hands I played with him he min bets or min raises his draws. But for 20 hands I wasn't completely sure, he could have had set or J8 on the flop. On the turn checked to me I was more certain he had a draw.
River was so sick. Should I have folded it? even though I won this time.

You can't fold this river versus a LAG getting 4:1. Sure, he might have 76 or QT. He also might be making a desperation stab with T9 or A5. Possibly he even has 85s and checked the turn because he realized he just got counterfeited. It's also possible he shifted into slowplay mode when he caught worse trips than yours on the turn.
