Villain is a weak player who limps almost every hand.
Who else would put him in ?Is folding an option here?It may look obvious he has a 9 and that i'm beat, but he's a weak player who dubbled up getting lucky on river with marginal hand.He would play it the same with a x10 I think.

turn betting $4 is fine

if he's weak and passive, you can safely fold to turn min raise.

If he's weak, why don't you just call the turn raise, and then see a cheap showdown -- he likely won't bet a lot since he's passive and such, but if he does, you know you're beat. Playing it this way just gives him your money if he has you.

You've seen Villain play and I haven't, but his small turn ambush raise is the way a lot of bad players would handle a monster.

I think calling is better than pushing for the reasons given in the post above mine. Folding might be an option too, but I probably wouldn't trust my read enough for that and would wait and see how much Villain bet on the river before giving up.

Ye, I realise I just donked away my money.I thought he had something like A10 or K10 instead of A9.
Ye well, still a long way to go and alot to learn!
Thx for comments.

Your turn raise is suicide, you fold all worse hands and Christmas has come early for hands that beat you.

you could have just check/ called the turn...if he is limpin every hand just make him pay for limping with a big raise
