I would generally C/R there to pick up his c-bet. You're a favorite against pretty much any hand so I don't really like the leadout there since he most likely has overcards and missed the flop. If he checks behind I would probably lead out on the turn.

I prefer donking over C/R on that board, villain is gonna check behind often on such a board because since the cards are low, it's unlikely to have hit him.
