I would have bet $13 on the flop.

As played, since you no real good read on the villian and two overs, c/f the turn looks fine.

Usually bet more on the flop to discourage a float and gain some more fold equity against some low-mid PP. Against this type of villain though, a c-bet could be argued against, just burning $$$$ against some 40/30's.

Don't think there was really anything you could do except make a larger flop bet. Check folding the turn was fine.

Bet $11 (about 2/3) on flop. I cbet 2/3 in 3bet pots rather than 3/4 -- bigger pot, you don't need to bet more money, + 3/4 commits you.
