UTG is 17/11/1.75 I put him on a pp here most likely an over pair but he could have a set or FD too.
Basically, I called here in position looking for a flop like this so in my mind I am going all the way with it.

If your going to raise I'd rather raise flop then turn.
If your going to raise the turn I would raise it more...if you raise this small, you will get called down light and you would have to bluff the river if you missed which can turn into a spew.
