PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($12.20)

SB ($24.05)
BB ($21.85)
UTG ($28.35)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls $2.90, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls $2.

Flop: ($9.25) 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/club.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $2.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $13</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $21.05</font>, UTG folds, Hero calls $8.05.

It feels almost as if this hand plays itself. Is there any way to play it differently?

This looks fine to me. Raise sizes seem good and you have to call the AI.
