Villain 25/22/4. Those stats are pretty impressive.

Hero has been playing 21/19 and raising plenty.

Here's the crucial thing about this hand: this is the 3rd (maybe 4th) time villain has 3b me in about as many orbits. Each time I've raised and he's wanted to play, he has come in for a 3b and I've folded. So this time I felt I had to make a stand.

From there, I feel I get owned. It's as though he interpreted my turn check as exactly what it was: crippling weakness. What does he percive my range as? Is there any way he is making a move here? Or did I just pick the wrong 3b to call and actually walked into a hand? Or maybe he is just very good?

Fwiw, I very, very nearly called river.

Thanks.

plz bet turn.

4betting PF also isn't that horrible.

his bet sizing was correct, though. Without more of a read I don't know why you're messing with him.

Vyse, what hand you put vilalin that will fold to turn bet but called flop?

Every hand in the world, really. Villain can have ATC to make that river bet. The board also looks scary to villain, too, by the time the turn hits, so your bet screams a ton of strength.

Checking behind on the turn makes absolutely no sense to me here, you're representing strength and with such a drawy board you should either protect your "strong" hand or be prepared to get bluffed on the river by any two.

Villian has TT/JJ here a lot.

I don't like flop.

Pre is okay, a 4bet is horrible in 100BB. I don't mind a fold either.

Turn and river are good.

And don't worry about getting outplayed too much. He could be just playing ABC poker.
