Taking pot away from villan w gutshot

Villan is 21/16/2.5 and seems a decent-ish TAG. I'd expect him to re-raise AK / TT pre-flop here, can I try and take it away from here and make him fold AJ, possibly AQ? I do have a gutshot /images/graemlins/wink.gif and have position. If I were to put myself in villans shoes I'd hate to be raised here OOP w top pair.

hmm dont know I guess he has a hard time calling with ace/weak kicker but Im generaly not a fan of bluffing on ace high boards when Ive raised preflop and have been called but this might be good im not sure. TAG prob checks most ace/meh kicker hands here I think his range is more FD/FD+pair or sets here though.
