i know there is a catch with the bonuses that full tilt offer, that your rakeback is reduced, but i read somewhere that they enter you in freerolls and they pay for these by taking it out of your rake. and that you have to email them so you are not entered in these freerolls?

if someone could clear this up for me i'd appreciate it, thanks

everything that costs them money gets deducted from your rakeback. the bonus you first receives gets deducted, the player points that you use to get a free gift gets deducted, some player fees, etc. sites make money off you through rake, so when they have to spend on you that's where they take it out.

So I suppose any use of the points makes you lose rakeback? Like entering satellites with points?

This is what we got from FT:

We calculate revenue by:

– Rake + Juice (tournament fees)
– Bonuses (deposit bonus)
– Player fees (processor charges)
– Player added (money we add to a tournament that a player plays in, like a guaranteed tourney, this is split evenly between the participants)
– Points used (bonus points used in our store or something, this is usually very small) = Revenue

Clear as mud? I thought so too..
