Can you get in trouble for playing online under the age?

Well ive been playing online for a year now and was wondering if you ould get in any trouble for playin online under the age. Also was wondering if the new law thats coming out will get people playing online in any trouble? And if caught playing online poker once the law comes out what kind of punishment you can get in?

Johny,

Your winnings can be confiscated if you get caught. You won't be in legal trouble. Just dont play on sites that require you to fax id to cash out.

As for the bill, don't worry about it until it happens. Then come here to see what every other 2+2er is doing. Even if the bill banned everyting, it wouldn't take effect for a while.
