Foreign Bank Account

I apologize if this has been posted before. Right now my Wells Fargo debit card still works to deposit funds to both FTP & Poker Stars. If this ever gets denied, how hard would it be for an American to open up a foreign bank account and use that as the means to transfer money to the poker sites? I can't imagine it's that hard, is it?

You shouldn't have any problem depositing but cashing out might be a different thing.
