I don't know if this has any real impact, but it is at least a gauge for the current environment surrounding online poker in the US. The gauge looks a lot better than it did 6 months ago!

Edit: I read the other thread...and now I am worried. I really have no idea what is going on here.

This is a slick move by party against their competitors who have remained in the US market. They want, contrary to the legal positions of other privately held concerns, to try to assert that the UIGEA does in fact apply to poker, thus making them look good for ceasing US operations and the others look bad, and in order to "clean" their record/image in case Rep. Frank's bill passes.
