Colorado Gaming Limits?

I have heard a rumor there is a push to increase gaming limits in Colorado, I just haven't found any information confirming this.

Does anyone have any links or information about the possible increase in gaming limits in Colorado?

There is talk about this from time to time but nothing ever happens. In order to change the limits, the state constitution would have to be amended which requires a majority vote of the voting public. There is very little chance the public would pass this in the unlikely event it ever hits the ballot. (There have been several gaming initiatives over the years and all of them have failed miserably. The last one was in 2003 which asked the voters to approve installing VLT's at 5 racetracks in Colorado. The proposal failed 81% to 19%). Expanded gaming in Colorado has no chance, imo.
