We are itm with 17 or 18 people left. Sb is JOEYTHEB. An orbit or two ago he walked me in the bb when he had 5 bbs. 45020 in pot and we have to call 38120, so we need about 45.85% equity to break even. What do you think his pushing range is and what's your calling range?

Be tighter than usual because of the walk. I'm not sure exactly but if you think it's normally a close call I'd fold here.

I think you need a hand. Any pp, any suited ace, A8o+, KTo+, K9s+, and QJs, about the top 20%.

I think that range is close but should be a little tighter. A2s is a lot worse than a8o here.

The fact that he walked with 5bbs and now has 12bbs makes me tighten up significantly. Maybe 44+, A9+, KJ+

Seems too tight, Im pretty sure they will push any ace, despite a walk.

A2s has flush and straight possibilities, which are atleast as significant as the difference between an 8 and a 2.

Against that range there isn't much difference yea. But I think he is more likely to be pushing 22-55 and and a2,a3 than hands like T9s. Maybe he's pushing both, but I don't think you can include T9s and then say he would fold 22-55 and a2 and a3.

He is very likely to be pushing all of those hands. I'd be very surprised if he isnt, even if its just some random guy.

Yeh, point taken. He probably pushes Ax and small pps. Lots of high cards hands as well.
