Nice collection there. The mere exposure effect and confirmation biases are the most interesting to me in the context of most SMP discussions.

I'd like to add bias bias (don't think its there).

It happens when there's a common bias that someone could have so we bias ourselves to assuming they have that bias.

e.g. Post purchase rationalisation. Particularly in regards to investments. Someone makes a considered decision to invest in X but if they tell us about what a good investment X is after they have purchased it then there's a tendancy to discount the explanation as biased. The same explanation would be given more weight if they haven't yet purchased X.
