fold... from stacks i presume that BB aka Villain knows how to play... this min raise is inticing you to come over the top or for you to call... i think he has a set...is he going to min raise with one pair??

anyway I fold, If he had one pr, he would be raising the flop...Min raise on Turn, trust me, he not going anywhere

I don't like a raise here, I can't picture any worse hands calling unless villain is extremely fishy. What's our river plan if we just call? Check and hope he checks behind with a smaller overpair? I don't think we can call much of a bet on the river.

1)Hands villian might have that you should fold to (from most likely to least): 99/77/JT/88/22/98
2)Hands villian might have that you should at least call, maybe raise (most to least likely): JJ/TT/Draws

I find it highly unlikely that the villian is trying to get value with JJ or TT. I also find it unlikely that he is trying to semibluff with a minimum raise (he would semibluff a bigger bet to try to push you off your hand).

Just fold and in the rare instance he has JJ, tip your hat and accept getting outplayed.

As far as reads villain is new to the table has been limp calling a ton he seems and I'm sure is terrible.
