How should this be bet?

Standard. Definitely raise.

Also, no need to show turn/river (and probably best not to), because they don't influence the decision being made.

Edit: Pushing turn seems horrible, only hands that beat you will call the massive overbet. $5 is fine (looks slightly less than potsize).

This looks fine. You have got to expect losing this hand some portion of the time though.

i think a smaller raise would have been just as effective, something closer to a psr. however, you got all the money in which is what you wanted. hope it held up

A $5 raise is pot-sized.

it's a little bigger than the pot; after the call the pot has 4.30 i think. either way it's nitpicking at these limits.

Pot is $2.10,
UTG bets $1.10, Pot is now $3.2
Hero calls $1.10, Pot is now $4.3, and raises.

A pot size raise would bring it to $5.4, he raised to $5 even. His raise was smaller than pot size.

Yep. Would be worse, if you tried to slowplay it, and let villain hit his straight for free.
