Villian is 33.55/28.39/4.62 over 155 hands.

Is bluffing this good...can I make him fold? Or is it spew?

I check this flop very often.

I would typically give up after that. Sometimes you can get him to fold his 44 or 88, but in general, I give up I think.

he's checked on the river, so either he has missed his straight draw or has a small pair. You're representing a Q there, it seems reasonable that he might put u on AQ or QQ for a full house.
