I would have check raised the turn all in when he put that weak ass one out there. As played I call the river and expect that he hit his flush that he played pretty bad.

Is not raising on flop/turn an error? Would it correct to push on the flop?

eh.. depends on villan. I'm not as happy to get it in with overpairs as some people.. but I've been doing more of it. I don't hate calling the min raise, but if I check that turn it's with the intention of check raising most of the time depending on what he bets. That $4 bet would get check raised by me 100% of the time.

I would bet $2 on the flop also.

So you would go CR AI on the Turn, but not 3bet AI on the flop?

Just trying to understand why, not criticizing.

I get it all in on flop, sometimes, depends on villain I call on flop and get it all in on the turn.

I hate this min-re-raises. They often just mean: "I have the J, do you have something better?"

I think you should have made a re-raise on the flop to 8,00$ (enough!). If he calls, he just has a draw or a hand which is weaker then yours. If he pushes All-In, I think he might have a Set.

As played we don't get enough information. He might have AK of Diamond, a Set, two pair. Too much hands which will beat our hand, so you should fold there.

Minraises at these levels are one of three things.
They sometimes are monsters that don't want to scare you off.
They sometimes are cheaply looking for information and plan on folding to a reraise.
They sometimes are bluffs/semibluffs on a board that didn't hit you.
Because the way to react to each of these is entirely different, there's no correct way to react without a read. Generally, however, I think you get more value from calling but not stacking off if a draw comes in. This is a dry board other than the flushdraw. Is he smoothcalling KK/AA preflop? The only other things we can put him on is AJ/set/FD that got there.

I agree that you should check/raise turn, his bet is small.
As played I call river because I'm a station and I want the read, and I think we might be ahead enough to call (we're getting ~2.7:1 so we only have to be good 30% of the time). It's probably pretty close but I call for information.
