Dont think villain was on a heart draw here, so ye I like the fold on turn.
I like your line all the way, you get called alot by Ax if you bet turn/river.So I think you played it good.

I think on the turn I would have probably fired a second barrel for about a $1 to gain a little more info. Maybe you make him lay down a weak ace, maybe he was fishing and lays it down there. By checking there you give him the chance to make a play on the river. If he calls the turn then you can re-evaluate where you think you are at.
