I dont think folding here is an option.

Wow, that's a lot of action. I think MP will push AK/AQ/KQ hearts, JJ, TT; or I would. Not sure if this is a call or fold.

I ran PokerStove with a reasonable range for MP. Results:

Board: Jh 8c Th
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 49.927% 48.92% 01.01% 22761 470.00 { Q9s, JTs, J8s, T8s, 97s, Q9o, JTo, J8o, T8o, 97o }
Hand 1: 50.073% 49.06% 01.01% 22829 470.00 { 8d8s }

Would this make it a call with the dead money in the pot? Or can't UTG's money be considered dead?

I think MP would have raised all those hands preflop.

I think the call here is okay. I dont know what this guy is limping with but you are ahead of JT and have outs versus Q9 and 97. Its $24 more and this is a huge pot even without the SB (who will probably call)

Wouldn't JJ or TT have raised or 3bet preflop? I still get it in here. You have a big hand againt there range.

It's about $37 to call.

[/ QUOTE ]Without a read, that's a good assumption. It'd be nice to know if he was like 45/0/x though.

Yes, I think these would have been raised. I'm not afraid of a higher set here.
