Opponent was mostly unknown but 45/10/1 on 20 hands.

Tried to get him to fold obv at the turn. I thought the Ace could be a good scarecard.. but he instacalled flop and turn.

after all that crap and the good odds at the river do I have to call or is it a fold?

I don't mind if you just give up the flop. This is not a good board for a cbet. If you have to cbet, shut down on the turn.

I think I have to find a fold here as played.

I'm so bad I only c-bet this kind of flop with a low pair about 50% of the time. Although, a 45/10 is someone to do it against so no problems there. Why call the river? Unless he's an absolute stone manaic he's checking behind without a flush.
