Or should I be able to get away from it? When he reraised preflop I knew he was strong, but on the flop/turn I convinced myself he could have another over pair. No read on opponent.

Why not 4bet pf?

i think you should be raising the flop looking to get it in there or a safe turn.

Def. reraise preflop. As played raise the flop to 15 and call a shove. I dont mind the allincall on the turn. You see JJ/QQ a lot there.

4-bet this thing preflop, but you are too result oriented here. Also FYP to take out the results, if you want to get decent advice around here.

Thanks for the replies. If I 4 bet preflop do I fold to a shove? I don't think he's reraising or calling a 4 bet with less than aces. If he does just call the 4 bet, should I still get it allin on flop or check/fold? Maybe I should have him on a wider range?

Thanks, Matt

Never ever 4-bet preflop with the intent to fold to a shove. If you decide to 4-bet this pf you are definitly calling his shove. If he only calls the 4-bet pf then look to get it in on a safe flop like this. If it ends up that he has AA there is really nothing you can do.

At these limits, not getting it in whenever possible preflop with KK is a leak (e.g. no, you shouldn't fold to a shove). If he just calls preflop, then you are almost definitely ahead and should get it in on the flop.

That line screams set, fold turn

I still think you should four bet preflop, most of your opponents at 25NL aren't folding queens, jacks, or AK, even if you telegraph that you have them beat. Occassionally some will even call and show you 66 or A9, at least in my experience. As played, you should be looking to raise the flop, probably just shoving in is fine. Aces are far from the only thing he can have, so don't be particularly worried if that's what he showed down in this instance.

Never fold KK preflop on NL25! Thats just insane. The few times villain will show AA are greatly outnumbered by the times he will show rags.

Every time someone 3-bets preflop and makes a c-bet = set? You are losing a [censored] load of money if you are throwing away over pairs every single time here.

Easily can be an overpair looking to protect against the numerous scare cards. Idiots at 25NL do this with a much wider range than 66-77. Unless you are superman and can somehow cross out 88+, AJs+, etc out of their range.
