Hello,

I am one of the many US Neteller customers who has money stuck. I check these forums almost everyday, in hopes of finding some good news, but Neteller keeps delaying and delaying...

During the PCA in the Bahamas, I cashed out most of the money in my pokerstars account for casino chips via the pokerstars cashier. Soon after I cashed out, I wanted to play online again, so I go to neteller to deposit funds for a new pokerstars bankroll. One day after my initial deposit into my Neteller account, I see that they are freezing all US customers accounts without warning and we won't be able to see those funds for a long time.

I deposited from my bank account into neteller, so this transaction doesn't have anything to do with "gambling" or online poker, so its unfair to not let me get those funds back into my bank account.

I know its been a long time since our accounts have been frozen, but does anyone think its worth it now to try to work with my bank to try to get those funds back? I had 15 EFT transactions... Can I file a dispute to try to get them reversed? Has anyone else tried this?

I feel this might work because my transactions weren't related to gambling; they were just deposits from my checking account.

The problem is that all of NETELLER's business was gaming related.

But whoever the forensic accounting firm is that is supposedly doing a review of NETELLER records might find that your $ are deemed worthy of being returned at some point.

Good luck.
