Villain running about 20/16... seems solid, we haven't gotten into it previously. Who checks the turn behind? Also if you were villain with KK here what would your 3bet size be?

well i don't play KQ in reraised pots out of positon for starters. I'd check the turn also.. he's giving you a free draw, and you don't want it?

Edit: I c he raised from the blinds now.. I'd still take the free card, unless you think he is capable of laying down some kind of hand, which may or may not contain an ace.

........ mmmmmm I am tempted to bet here with my 12 outs to the absolute nuts/semi-bluff.

Your in position so a check behind might be good too?
Honestly, I am at a loss here as to what I would do, for me it would depend on how I was running, *coin flip* for me as to whether I would bet

I would fold preflop, but as played, check the turn. Villain check raises all in like every time here.

Really, I disagree. Villain 3bet my UTG raise OOP, his range is pretty narrow... JJ+/AQ+ I'd say. His hand looks a lot like KK/QQ on the turn (yes he might check AK/AQ but I really doubt he will CRAI AK here 2 BI deep)- in which case I'm not getting paid if I hit... I can have lots of 2 pr+ hands on this turn or Ax so I think I have pretty decent FE, but if I check turn behind and bet a whiffed river my hand looks a little suspicious. The only hand I think is very likely to CRAI here is AA (TT too I guess).
