Should i raise his flop bet to see what happens? If i raise the flop bet - how much? Should i
fold to his river shove?

I am tempted to fold river, to be honest .... doubt he is bluffing here even at these limits, if he has KK,QQ, they dont push river with an A on board, after you having called a PF raise, flop, and turn

agree with the others. this isn't a bluff, although i understand why you might think that: bad players at these limits love to bluff.
but even a bluffer should be concerned about your calls. he wouldn't to this on the river unless he had a good hand.

if he's got an ace, it's probably better than yours. also remember, this is a raise from UTG preflop.

so: flop i'd call for sure. on turn i would think i'm beat, though you get a OK price for that call.

but river is a fold, and it's not even close IMO.

Preflop: Easy fold.
Flop: Fine
Turn: Marginal, but fine.
River: You're beat. Fold.

I fold ATo from MP, specially when UTG leads. You are probably dominated.

Flop: Calling is usually not the best thing; you either want to fold or raise it to $3, he maybe on standard cbet holding JJ-KK. If he raises ai then fold. If he calls re-evaluate the turn. This move could buy you a free turn and river.

Turn: As played. his lead is weak, this maybe a good place for the $3-4 raise.

IMO, the main problem is you are calling a lead with ATo from MP. Although everyone else folded after you. there were still four other peeps that could have 3bet. The second major problem is that you are cold calling all his leads. Some where you need to make a move, and take control of the pot. I usually find the flop to be the best place to make a move with weak holdings.
