what do you do when you are ice cold?

i am talking about when you are dropping buyin after buyin getting coolered, cbet called, bad beat.... is stopping for the day the only cure or is it possible to play through?

I take a break, play guitar hero a little and hang out my with my girl. Playing through may work. Last night I was dropping a few BIs early, tilting to the point of imagining implied odds on aggro players and drawing out a bunch of hands, losing my ass left and right. Then I tightened my post-flop play a bit and tightened out my pre-flop play and won back about 90% of my losses, which wasn't bad considering how much I lost.

But I'd rather cut my losses, take an hour break, go back to PT and review my HH and see what I did (imaginary implied odds are my form of hyper-tilt), and then maybe play again.

probaly should quit poker if u cant handle this. save ur time and find a new hobby
