If you go for a raise on the flop it's because you want to win the pot right there, so I'd make a proper raise there to $3 instead of a minraise. When I get a call it's c/f from there, as I don't want to commit myself with only TPGK.

Also betting into villain here on turn after he called a raise and you still only have a small hand is not good. I'd rather go for a cheap showdown with c/c and maybe a block bet on the river.
