I tend to take a fold or raise approach to BvB pots. With 7To, I would just fold and move on to the next hand. Your flop play is OK, but I would c/c turn and c/c river to keep the pot as small as possible. As played, I think the river is a fold; you only beat a bluff here and you're playing for a chop.
