At a glance I would say your villian made trips on the flop. However, looking at his stats it seems that he is crazy enough to call your preflop raise with almost anything, making two pair and a straight possible.

If he has bluffed in a similiar manner in prior hands then maybe call it down. As is, I would most likely fold the turn pending any reads but definitely fold the river.

Plz plz 3bet shove that flop... sounds like he is never folding T8/JT/whatever junk he minraised the flop with. If it was like J52r your line is prob. optimal but this flop you should get AI.
