Villian is 32.18/10.73/.83 over 261 hands.

Room for some value here on the river? If so easy fold to a raise...or no?

Ehh, seems like either he missed the draw, has you beat badly, or has a hand that probably won't call a river bet that you beat (unless he's a loosey goosey who will pay you off with a J here or something?). In the general case I prefer a check behind here, as your hand clearly has showdown value and it doesn't seem like too many hands you beat will pay you off here. However, the more LAGish of an image you've established, the more I feel you should lean toward a bet here.

I have a lot of trouble playing against passive opponents like this. I'd check behind on the river to see what he's got. The reason I would check behind is if we bet here he's either folding or raising us with a hand that has us beat.

Ur beat here very very rarely. If u make small bet he might call with his A8, this is the only hand i can see him playing like this(that u beat and will get value)

There doesn't seem to be much that calls and your ahead off. I suppose you can make a small value bet on the river but the danger of that is villian may think your weak and raise so check looks best to me

Look at this guy; he's loose, he's aggro, he's the kind of guy who'll slowplay a monster to death. He could have trips here, a flopped straight (less likely), 2-pair with A4, A9, JT, J9.

Your flop bet was a little small i feel, i'd pop about $4.25...the 4 makes it appear stronger by default. The fact that he's stayed with you on the flop and turn says he has something. And DON'T be fooled by his passive calling, that's just what this player does...regardless of the strength of his hand.

caution is advised here, just check.
