What is the best way to handle a flop like this? Is Cbetting 3/4 of the pot to much? How would we pursue this on the turn and river also?

bet bet and bet some more. gotta cbet this flop too many draws, and you want to build the pot so you can get it all in. sorry you got no action.

This is exactly right, and will build you the biggest pot when he has any sort of hand.

a c/r is limit-think, and you shouldn't do it on twoflush boards. 3/4 pot is actually on the small side here.

This is totally standard. If villain calls, I lead the turn again if he's passive-normal, tend to crai if he's pretty aggressive.

depends on your cbet percentage and villains 'call flop bet' percentage, or his flop aggression.
Against a passive player I'd bet about half the pot because I know he is not going to bet if I check. Against a neutral (AF of about 1) I'd check/call and lead turn. Against superagressive, I'd bet about half the pot again, hoping he'd reraise.
Here I'm not really worried about a flush draw, against a single opponent, even if he plays any two suited cards, chances of holding two hearts is 5%, so half the pot should be ok.

You can't get blood from a stone. If he doesn't have a queen, or hearts, or a straight draw, there's just nothing to extract.

1.75 on the flop.
