UTG seems tight, BB is LAG. OOP, my bet on the flop is called by both players. What's my move on the turn?

You should probably lead out for more on the flop (closer to the pot - $3 would be good). That turn card is a good one for your hand. I say bet around 2/3 of the pot ($6 or $7) and hope they both fold. If someone shoves, I think you can fold here. If they just call, you'll have to re-evaluate on the river.

FWIW, if I get called, I'm pretty much checking any river card and hoping to induce a bluff. Getting called on the flop and the turn makes me feel like I can likely not value bet the river. But if I check and someone makes a fishy bet, I can call and extract money that way (or fold if I feel I'm beat).

I think bet/fold looks pretty good here.
