I play it the same exact way.

I don't think you can get away from these hands at $25nl facing a min raise. If he has you beat, just move on to the next hand and do it again and again.

Have you seen villain play any hands at all? If he's 18/4, he has JJ+ in this spot. What's his aggression factor? Have you seen him check-raise before? or min-raise? What did he have?

I think it's ok to shove here. Based on the range I gave him, he's likely sitting on KK or QQ. He could also have JJ or the other AA, but those are less likely (strictly mathematically speaking).

Although villian is a nit, he could easily have KK, QQ here though so shove is standard imo.

Hero raised to 3x bet, i.e standard 3-bet. How much do you have in mind chief?

I think 3x the original bet is ok since he has position here. 4x is better if he's OOP. ...I don't mind 4x in this particular situation, though, if he knows he'll get called.

I'll typically raise more if I'm OOP if 1) I'm pretty sure I'm ahead and 2) I think there's a chance I'll take it down PF and not have to play OOP.

Devon 12 tables $25nl and is extremely solid so I fold this. Raise to at least $4 preflop so you don't run into trips.

Seems pretty standard, it's really tough to get away from the min-raise.
With <2 total AF he is probably holding JJ, if he has bigger AF it might be an overpair as well.
