this is an interesting spot because his agression is really low. hed probably just call ur bet on a flush draw, so he's definetly raising with to protect his hand. If he had a 22,44,66, hed probably try to bet the turn for value, especially since you checked. As played I would c/c. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit a set of 7's on the river.
