I am thinking villain has a set here? maybe 2-pair? Surly turn raise is showing loads of strength? Everyone says players at 0.02c are awful, but they are not all idiots...

raise to .1 PF.

2/3 pot on turn and then your decision is based on your read. Although Baluga should apply here I just cant see you folding this turn. Call and fold to strong river? This is an odd line.

At 2NL i felt every single one of my overpairs readless

I'm currently building up a free $25 from stars at this level, and I see no reason to felt this here. Unless I had a read that the player was donking it up and overplaying, the standard player even at these levels is NOT raising the turn with top pair.

NB: this is not just a donkraise on the turn - its a check-min raise - surly this shows uber strength even at this level?

Basically, the Baluga Theorem states that if you have a strong one pair hand, have shown strength in previous betting rounds, and are raised by an opponent, your hand is not likely to be good.
