I have 80 hands on villain. His AF was so high since he bet most streets and didn't call much. How's this line?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($56.85)
SB ($49.50)
Hero ($58.60)
UTG ($52.60)
MP ($85.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
1 fold, MP calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1.75) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $2, Button folds, Hero calls $2.

The turn doesnt really open many draws and you said he bets not calls so I like a smoothcall on the turn and maybe lead out the river unless you think he will bet at it again.

raise preflop, id rather raise the flop than the turn

This is exactly NOT the line to take against a tight player. It screams strength.

Against a 79/5 this is fine. Believe me you don't have to worry about whether a 79/5 is going to call you or not.

Just for discussion:

does anybody flat call the turn bet in the hope that he fires again on the river and c/r? Or are we losing profit there?

Just seems that any hand that's going to call that turn raise, is a hand that will bet on the river again... I'm thinking KJ, K10...

anything else and he doesnt call the turn raise, and we might be losing value?

Just a thought, I'd be interested in your feedback...
