Hero ?

Do I check to let draws bluff? Tens will bet anyway, aces not as likely (and would probably pay me off with an ace if I bet if he called flop and turn?)? No read on opponent.

I bet.

1. Draws will fold. Let's say, overestimatingly, that 50% of draws would've bet $3 on the river. If there's about 8 possible draws out there, in all situations, we lose $12.

2. Other tens will raise you. If we bet $4, and are raised $12, and they call a push, most likely, at these levels. With JUST the possibility of tens out there, there needs to be ONE other possible ten for us to make a TON more than the draws would've bluffed us for.

We're not even counting the aces.

I push the river, pot is big, you only have ~7 left, so maximize your wins against loose callers. I save my check to induce a bluff for someone I know is capable of bluffing.

bet river. draws aren't likely to bluff on that board but who knows. Aces are checking behind everytime there and that's his range is wieghted to aces.
