what would actually happen if say all of asia jumped at once? nothing? earthquakes?

what if everyone on earth jumped at the same time? same results?

ive always wondered this.

The force would be distributed over a large area. There is a reason why people can lie on a bed of nails.

The earth would move an extremely small distance away from them as they jumped, and the same extremly small distance back towards them as they came back down. In other words, effectively nothing. The mass of the Earth is still extremely large compared to the mass of the entire population of Asia.
