Villian is 34/10/1 - not very good but not a maniac. Won a sizeable pot against my AK with his A7 by hitting 2pr, called a raise with it in SB. Whats the best play here on river, can we get a value raise in or just a call? What about turn play?

Just call, I see very little value in raising. You're looking to get value from specifically QJ? I might also bet the turn. Checking is ok I guess if he's aggressive and will bet a lot of weaker hands on the river.

but yeat just call river

I'd just call the river and bet the turn. He's passive enough that you should play the hand this way.

Sometimes I do this too when multitabling/autopiloting and find myself going overboard with pot control. THis is a bad spot for it. Villian's reaction to a bet on this turn changes the hand and makes it so much easier to determine his range, charges draws, gets more value etc... as played, river's just a call, the turn was the street where you had to look for value.
