No read on villain except that he's got half the max buy in so I don't give him too much credit
I've taken the line of betting my TP no kicker out of the blind instead of check calling, Id like your advice on that too

At these stakes, a massive overbet usually means the nuts. Big bets usually mean big hands, unless I have a read that says otherwise.
I think villain just caught his two pair on the turn.

well you were right he had Q8, I called and no spaede came on the river...

I'd fold as played. Also, I would never bet the flop in a 4 way situation like this due to reverse implied odds.
