I raise the flop definitely. Only thing that you're really afraid of in this spot is a set. Highly unlikely he has a 7 and probably would've re-popped you with AA preflop.

I'd raise the flop.

Once i didn't do that i'd raise that turn, it's not a /images/graemlins/heart.gif so if he was semibluffing your equity is huge.

Once i call both streets, may as well play it WA/WB and call the river.
