Don't want to build huge pot preflop therefore setmining.
get an overpair on the flop donks often get raised =&gt; c/r him
due to preflop action I fold cause to many overpairs to mine possible. Better line?

You're going to be OOP against 2 players in this hand, so you really should have 3-bet it. You don't know anything about MP2's hand. You need to make around $12 on average from villain to get set value. If you wanted to setmine then fine, but raising the flop has no value to you.

I don't like setmining with JJ, especially with CO along for the ride.

Don't raise flop if you're not going to call a push.
