Villan was 72/18 donk. I usually raise weak flop bets like this but with a draw and another player in the hand I just decided to call. Should I ever raise the river? JQ / fullhouse are obv definite posibilities.

I think I raise this up. JQ means he flopped the straight, and any hand that would give him a full house on the river gives him two pair or a set on the flop. I don't see the slow play on the turn, if he slow played a monster on the flop and you didn't bite. It looks to me like he figures you for a weak hand and wants to push you off and take down the pot. OTOH, it can be tough to tell with poor players, so I could be way off.

I raise the flop. He donks it, giving you 13:1 on your money. Most of the time I see this it's just air trying to keep you from c-betting. Calling the river is fine. I don't see value in raising because you haven't defined BB's hand. This could literally be anything.
