What's the best play on the turn? How much do we value bet on the river?

I lead the flop here a fair bit of the time. You're ahead of a huge part of villains range.

SB could have been checking AT or some PP that you are ahead of now. There has'nt been any indication that anybody has 2 hearts since there was zero action on the flop, so I raise this up here. If the river is another heart you've just cost yourself a nice pot. If you are behind to the flush you have outs.

As played I VB for more on this river. If SB has a strong hand he has no reason to check this river. Button's line looks like a passivley played overpair or overcards. He could have just hit AQ or AK so make it more expensive.

I don't mind smooth calling the turn - but not b/c i'm afraid of the flush. I think everyone's weak here so I want to get paid by a second best hand. If a heart comes up on the river, then oh well - bad luck for me, but I smooth call b/c
1) button may call behind
2) get paid off with a small river bet.

I'd bet at least 10 on the river btw, but $8 isn't so bad.

I would raise the turn :

- for value
- protecting hand (horrible 4flush board)

I think there would be a bet if somebody would be drawing at flop , so I see you far ahead

as played standard value bet: 1/2 - 2/3 the pot looks fine
